KARL "THE SA<XONY" WOLF KORNMACHER
OF MY GREATEST CONSIDERATION,
I HEREBY HANDLE UDS TO COMMUNICATE THAT THE GOOGLE SUPPORT INFORMS:
You have received this email because you have a personal Google+ account or you manage a page of this service.
In December 2018, we announced our decision to close Google+ for private users in April 2019 due to its decreasing use and the difficulties of maintaining the product to meet the expectations of users. We thank you that you have been part of Google+ and we will tell you what you can do now; for example, download your photos and other content.
On April 2, your Google+ account and all the pages of this service that you have created will be closed and we will begin deleting the content of the personal Google+ accounts. We will also remove photos and videos from Google+ in your albums archive and your pages of this service. You can download and save your content whenever you do before April. Photos and videos that you have backed up in Google Photos will not be deleted.
The process of deleting the content of Google+ accounts and pages, and the archive of individual users' albums will take a few months and, until then, the content may be available. For example, before the close, users may see some parts of their Google+ account in the activity log, and G Suite users may see certain Google+ content for individuals.
As of February 4, you will no longer be able to create new profiles, pages, communities or Google+ events.
In the frequently asked questions you can consult all the information and news about the closing.
If you are the owner or moderator of a Google+ community, you can download and save your community's data. As of early March 2019, the information downloaded from a public Google+ community's publications will include the author, text and photos. More information
If you sign in to websites and apps with the Google+ sign-in button, this button will stop working in the coming weeks and, in some cases, will be replaced by a Google sign-in button. You can continue logging in with your Google account where you see the Google sign-in button. More information
If you've used Google+ to post comments on your own or third-party websites, this feature will be removed from Blogger on February 4 and, in other places, on March 7. All comments made with Google+ on any website will be deleted as of April 2, 2019. More information
If you are a G Suite customer, the Google+ service will remain active for your G Suite account. For more information, contact your G Suite administrator. This service will soon have a new look and new features. More information
If you are a developer and use the APIs or the Google+ login, see how this affects you.
On behalf of the entire Google+ team, thank you for making this service such a special place. We feel fortunate to have hosted on Google+ such a talented group of artists, community creators and thinkers. It would not have been the same without your passion and dedication.
